Welcome to Our Lady of Fatima Early Learning Center and Before & After School Care!
We are blessed to partner with families in creating a warm, faith-filled environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Our team nurtures each child’s unique gifts through play, exploration, strong relationships, and a Catholic faith-centered approach.

Who We Are
Our Lady of Fatima Early Learning Center & Before & After School Care is a licensed, non-profit, Catholic, parish-run program in Coquitlam.
As a Christ-centered community, we strive to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment in which every child can develop intellectually, socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically, and spiritually. We recognize the uniqueness of each child and that learning is a lifelong journey embracing educators, children, and parents.

Our Programs
Early Learning Center
We offer a play-based and faith-centered early learning program with an introduction to French. The Catholic faith is part of everyday learning through practices such as grace before meals and lessons during circle time.
Our licensed program welcomes children 2.5–4 years old. The classroom is licensed for 21 children, but enrolment is limited to 16 so our two qualified Early Childhood Educators can provide individual attention. Children bring two healthy snacks and lunch.
Hours: 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
Program year: September–June. The program is closed during Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks, holidays, and Pro-D days, and generally follows the Our Lady of Fatima School calendar.
Before & After School Care
We offer licensed, full-time, faith-centered care for children attending Our Lady of Fatima School from Kindergarten through Grade 7. Programming includes free play, creative arts, outdoor play, homework time, and special activities.
After Care is licensed for up to 69 children. Kindergarten and Grade 1 have their own section with two responsible adults at a 1:12 ratio. Grades 2–7 have a separate section with two responsible adults at a 1:15 ratio.
Care is available on school early-dismissal days. Pro-D day care may be offered for an additional charge when minimum enrolment is met, from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Before Care: 7:00–8:30 a.m.
After Care: 2:45–6:00 p.m.
Program year: September–June, Monday–Friday. Closed during Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks and holidays.
Admission and Waitlist
- Join the waitlist. Email ourladyoffatimapreschool@gmail.com to request the Early Learning Center or Before & After School Care waitlist form. Return the completed form by email and your child will be added to the waitlist.
- Complete the registration package. When a space becomes available, we will email the full registration package. Forms may be completed online or brought in person with the non-refundable $85 processing fee, payable by cheque or cash.
- Begin care. Early Learning Center children begin with gradual entry tailored to the child. Before & After School Care children begin on the agreed start date.
2026–2027 Tuition
Processing fee: $85 with the registration package to hold the child’s place. This fee is non-refundable.
Early Learning Center
August 2026–March 2027: $480.50 per month.
Before & After School Care
- Kindergarten Before & After Care: $340 per month
- Kindergarten After Care: $358 per month
- Grades 1–7 After Care: $453.75 per month
- Grades 1–7 Before & After Care: $532 per month
Tuition is collected monthly by Pre-Authorized Debit. A new PAD form will be required in April 2027, when fees are expected to increase by approximately 3% in alignment with the funding agreement.
The Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) is already reflected in the fees. Some families may also qualify for the Affordable Child Care Benefit.
